The Hof HaCarmel Regional Council is a regional council located in the northern Israeli coastal plain. The council serves a large area, stretching from Tirat HaCarmel in the north to Caesarea in the south. Its offices are located in Ein Carmel to the south of Haifa.
WeKibbutz is a joint partnership between the Kibbutz Movement and Masa Journey. WeKibbutz offers an array of programs that vary in range for age, duration, and type of experience. Each WeKibbutz program was created to give you a perspective of real life in Israel by enabling you to be part of life here.
